Report someone or something
You can report users, workouts, comments, messages and board posts.
- Tap the ⋯ menu on the profile, workout, comment, message or board post.
- Tap Report.
- Choose a reason and send.
Reports are reviewed by the ARMR. team, and we aim to review them within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break our community rules. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
Block or unblock someone
To block: tap the ⋯ menu on their profile (or on their workout, comment or message) and tap Block.
Blocking removes follows in both directions, stops messages between you, and hides each other’s content.
To unblock: go to You → Account → Blocked users.
Reset your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email address. We will email you a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Frequently asked questions
Which heart-rate sensors work?
Bluetooth heart-rate sensors, such as chest straps and armbands that use the standard Bluetooth heart-rate profile, work in Chrome on Android and on desktop. Some browsers, including Safari on iPhone, do not support Web Bluetooth yet.
Does ARMR. work with Apple Watch or Apple Health?
Not yet. Apple Watch and Apple Health support is coming with the iPhone app.
How do I make my account private?
Turn on the private account setting in your account settings. When your account is private, you approve each new follower, and you are left out of the global leaderboard.
Who can see my workouts?
You choose for each workout: Public, Friends (people you follow who also follow you) or Only me. “Only me” workouts are never sent to the shared feed.
Can other people see my weight?
No. Body check-ins (weight, height and BMI) are private to you and never shown to anyone else.
How do I delete my account?
Go to You → Account → Delete account. Full details are on the Delete account page.
