Delete your account

You can delete your ARMR. account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open ARMR. and go to the You tab.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Delete it on the web

  1. Sign in at armr.app/app.
  2. Go to You → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm.

Can’t sign in?

First try resetting your password: on the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password.

If that does not work, email support@armr.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address before we act on it.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are immediately and permanently removed from our live database:

  • your profile (name, email address, username, bio, profile photo and settings);
  • your workouts and workout history;
  • your comments and kudos;
  • messages you sent, including photos, stickers and shared workouts;
  • photos you uploaded;
  • your synced app data, including programmes, progress, daily checklist, scores, body check-ins and food log;
  • your notifications;
  • your follows and followers;
  • your sign-in sessions, so you are signed out on every device.

App data stored locally in your browser or on your device can be removed by signing out, uninstalling the app, or clearing the site’s data in your browser settings.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing else is kept.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover a deleted account or its data. If you want to use ARMR. again later, you will need to create a new account.
